I obtained my BA (Hons) in Philosophy, Politics and Economics at the University of Essex, followed by a Masters in Comparative Politics: Conflict Studies from the London School of Economics. My academic area of focus is on counter-terrorism and counter-insurgency. I have a substantial and well developed knowledge of politics and social issues. My core interest is in international relations which I enjoy writing about, with a special focus on the rise of India and its impact on the world stage. I have experience of social media trend analytics.
Outside of work I enjoy playing tennis, gym and yoga. I find it fulfilling to read anything from techno-thrillers to political biographies. Whenever I get the time, developing my culinary skills is something to look forward to - that's if the temptation for a decent kebab doesn’t overwhelm me! Interesting conversations, intelligent debate and good food sums me up in a nutshell.
